This form must be completed every year to renew a franchise in the National Amateur Baseball Federation. 

Note - The franchise fee is to $300 on or before May 15 and $325 after May 15th. Also Regional Tournament Fee is  to $425 for one team and $575 for each additional team and $750 for direct bid to World Series.   By completing this form and submitting the franchise fee, you have notified the NABF of your intention to be a registered NABF Franchise for the 2024 season.
